LAND AUCTION FEATURES

Land Auctions are Live & Simulcast Online

  1. The venue is reserved in close proximity of where the land is located. 

  2. A custom packet showcasing your property is given to each registered bidder.

  3. During the auction the number of acres and total price is projected onto a wall or screen to ensure all bidders can see the current bid. 

  4. Immediately following the auction, purchase agreements are signed and down payment secured.

  5. Close within 30 days unless surveying is needed.
