Hey, I'm Craig - I am the Equipment Specialist and Auctioneer for REST Ag & Auction.
I am also a Licensed Realtor with Real Estate Solutions Team.
I was born and raised right here in Northeast Nebraska. Coming from a family active in real estate and auctions, I was able to attend the world-wide college of auctioneering as a sophomore in high school! I have been an auctioneer since 2003. Graduating from Humphrey St. Francis, I then went on to earn my Associates in Applied Science through Southeast Community College. Since then, I have sold and auctioned anything from household items, vehicles, farm machinery, and construction equipment to exotic animals and livestock.

My wife and I own a small farm in Stanton County, where we cash rent our row crop and run a small cow/calf operation on our pasture. Growing up on a farm, I have always kept that background as a large part of my life. This has given me a lot of experience in agriculture, land management, and land investment.

Although I specialize in farms, ranches, and agriculture, I would love the opportunity to sit down with you and discuss your real estate needs in the housing market or estate dispersal. I love the auction method of selling but also understand that it is not always what is needed for the situation. I believe in being upfront and honest with you about what would be the route to get to the best possible end result.
